This website offers visitors information and the option to buy online and physical products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed by 16:00 ship same day. Please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select PRIORITY shipment upon checkout. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
Can I get a Refund?
We offer no returns on books or ebooks unless the item is broken or damaged during shipment.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sold by Hormoonwijsheid, you can request a replacement for eligible items through email.
If your item is broken or damaged, please send us photo's and evidence within 6 days after delivery, if you do not provide evidence within this time frame, you are not eligible for refund or replacement.
To replace an item:
Go to the contact form on our site and add in photo's of your item.
If your item is ineligible for replacement, you will be asked to return it
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to email@example.com , there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time!
